MARKET DAYS
Here are the details for this week's markets:
*Wednesday March 10th, from 8:00 am - 1:30 pm at the City Market Demo Kitchen - Market street between Delaware and Alabama
*Saturday March 13th from 9am - 12:30pm at the Indy Winter Market - 901 N. East Street
This week, here is what I am planning to have (although this may change):

  • Jams - Mango, Fig and Vanilla and New Year's Jam.
  • Caramels, Nougat and Caramel Sauce
  • Our signature Cranberry Raisin Granola (made with pecans, almonds, cranberries, raisins, coconut, HICKORYWORKS shagbark syrup - good stuff!) Now available in 1 pound bags!
  • So, after much playing around in the kitchen, I have created our new granola flavor - honey, vanilla and blueberry. It is SO good!! In this new recipe, we have left out the coconut and pecans. This new recipe has oats, almonds, honey, blue agave syrup, vanilla and blueberries.
  • Scones - orange cranberry, blueberry and bacon cheddar
  • Muffins - black bottom and and sour cream pecan coffee cake
  • Kouign Aman - almond, almond apricot, cream cheese and cream cheese cherry

  • Cookies - Oatmeal Cherry, White Chocoalte Cherry, Chocolate Chip Lemon Ginger,Frosted Sugar Cookies (shamrocks!)

You can pick up in our kitchen at Mills Catering - 2828 E. 55th Place (just off of Keystone)
You can pick up at Indianapolis Farmers Markets on Wednesdays or Saturdays
I will deliver within the metro area (including Carmel and Zionsville) for a nominal fee
